I stayed in a 4 mixed room at The Ash and was really surprised by the cleanliness. The toilet and shower were super clean, rare for a hostel. The location of the hostel was also great, just a short 10-minute walk to the central station. The staff member who checked me in was friendly and helpful. It was perfect for a budget stay.

As a tourist, I loved the convenient location of the hostel, just a minute away from the Eurolines bus stop. the clean and well-maintained facilities, including the room with clean linen and towel, as well as the toilet and shower, were impressive. the friendly personnel went the extra mile by printing my boarding pass and placing it on my bed. the clear instructions for late check-in were helpful. the secure access to the premises through a keycard added to my sense of safety. my one-day stay at the hostel was pleasant and satisfying.
Felt very welcomed, no reason to complain.

They took a separate room for two, the room had a refrigerator, towels, shower with toilet, all clean and comfortable. They didn't take breakfast.
A double bed consists of two single beds.

Decent room with a good price
We had initially booked a mixed dormitory for four people, but upon arrival, we requested a bed in the female dormitory. The receptionist mentioned an extra charge of 30 euros, which seemed unreasonable. the room itself was spacious, and the price was relatively good. Despite sharing with male guests, we managed to have a comfortable stay. The room did have a slight smell and poor ventilation, but overall, it was a decent room.
The pillows were uncomfortable, and we had two sleepless nights.

As a disabled traveler, I appreciated the clean and locked rooms that made me feel safe. the close proximity to the central station and the ability to leave luggage after check-out were very convenient. the kitchen and public area were nice, and the staff was helpful.
Felt at home, nothing to complain about.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and close to the city center. It was really convenient for exploring the city and getting around. the beds were comfortable and clean, which made for a good night's sleep. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing information and assistance when needed.
The shower had very low water pressure and the water wasn't as hot as I would have liked. It made for a less than enjoyable shower experience.

I recently stayed at The Ash for a few nights during my visit to Antwerp. The room was a good size and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the lively atmosphere in the common areas, which had fun games like table soccer. The convenient location next to the train station made it easy for me to explore the city, with the center just a short 15-minute walk away. The building itself was brand new and beautifully decorated, and the kitchen and terrace were both impressive features.
Would recommend this hotel.
